What they do
For those moments when things aren’t going to plan, the Student Advice & Advocacy Centre is here to help. They are an independent, free, and confidential service that provides information, advice, support and representation for any query, problem or situation that may arise during your time in TU Dublin.

Who they are
Four Student Advisors currently work across the Aungier St, Bolton St, Blanchardstown, and Tallaght campuses along with the Welfare, Equality & Advice Lead who is also based in Aungier Street. Find out who your local Student Advisor is.
The team of Student Advisors have a wealth of experience on many areas including:
- Student rights and entitlements as per the TU Dublin SU Constitution
- Accommodation and jobs
- Facilities
- Grants, fees, and funding issues
- Exam and assessment issues
- Quality assurance including complaints procedures and programme delivery
- Signposting for students to supports inside and outside the University (mental and physical health)

Student Advisor Service
The Student Advisors run a Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm service across email (advice@tudublinsu.ie), Instagram (@tudublinsu) and are also available for walk-ins and in-person appointments. The team are dedicated to acknowledging your queries within 5 working days.
