Part Time Officer Elections

The Part-time Officers are current students of TU Dublin and remain students for the duration of their term in office. These positions are taken up on a part-time basis alongside the students studies.
These are paid positions where the officeholder will normally work up to 6 hours per week, and they are paid according to the living wage guidelines, which are currently €14.80 per hour.
1 Year Term of Office – July 1st, 2026, to June 30th, 2027

Postgraduate Officer
Postgraduate Officer is the only Part-Time Officer role that is not filled via Student Council hustings. This roll will be voted for via ballot papers, alongside the Full-Time Officer roles from 11-12th March. ONLY Postgraduate Officers can vote for the Postgraduate role.

Part-Time Officers
Hustings* for Part-Time Officer candidates will take place on the 5th of March at 6pm in a Student Council Meeting in EQ-002. This meeting is mandatory for all candidates. Following the Student Council meeting, the Councilors will receive an online Ballot paper and select the Part-Time Officers of their choice. At the conclusion of the 24-hour voting period, the names of the successful candidates will be announced and contacted.
