Class Rep Elections
Giulia Bianchi: “It has made me create so many new connections and friendships.”
Being a class rep for two years has been truly an amazing experience: it has allowed me to advocate for my fellow students, have a glimpse on what goes on behind the scenes to improve certain aspects of the course and most importantly it has made me create so many new connections and friendships that I would’ve never have made otherwise.

Ema Radlinskaite: “It made my university experience so much more well-rounded.”
I was a class rep for all 4 years of my degree. It was a fantastic way for me to get involved in the Students’ Union and I’m happy I decided to run, it made my university experience much more well-rounded and I feel like I gained a lot of leadership, problem-solving, and communication experience from the role. I got training and support from the SU, which led me to get more and more involved with the Union and, eventually, to get elected as an officer. It also felt nice to make a positive impact on my class by helping to solve problems and communicate with lecturers/staff on behalf of my classmates. For those looking to make the most of your time at university, while also building up your skills/CV, I highly recommend running for Class Rep!
