Hi, I'm Jeremy and I am your Blanchardstown Campus Vice President.
I am responsible for the improving, general maintenance of current facilities and getting new facilities installed in Blanchardstown Campus. I also assist with the facilitation of campaigns and events on each of the campuses. You may have seen me covered in pie or making popcorn during RAG Week!
Some of the changes I facilitated include altering the function of lifts to ensure they are open access, increasing the number of microwaves, installation of new furniture and overseeing the implementation of silent pods.
My favourite part about my role is enhancing students' college experience through improving facilities and working with the team to promote fun and educational events! You can contact me at blanchardstown@tudublinsu.ie if you have any queries.
Hope you all had a lovely break!

The Bif TU Dublin SU Sleep Out

The Sleep-Out

This April 12th, mark your calendars for a night under the stars that promises not only to bring our community together but to support a cause that touches many - the Irish Cancer Society. Hosted by the Students' Union, we are proud to announce the Sleep Out event, taking place outside the Central Quad, where we will spend the night in solidarity with those affected by cancer.

Cancer is a journey that no one should have to walk alone, and through this event, we aim to raise not only awareness but also crucial funds to aid the incredible work done by the Irish Cancer Society. This night is about more than just sleeping outside; it's a statement of our collective strength and compassion.

Why should you join? Apart from the opportunity to contribute to a noble cause, this event is a chance to bond with fellow students, create lasting memories, and be part of something bigger than ourselves. There will be activities, discussions, and moments of reflection, all in the spirit of supporting those in need.

Participation details are straightforward: Sign up [insert link here], grab your sleeping bag, and join us outside the Central Quad. Whether you come alone or with friends, you'll leave with a sense of accomplishment and the warmth of community support.

We're calling on all students to show up in force. Let's make this Sleep Out a night to remember and a beacon of hope for many. Your presence can make a difference, and together, we can contribute to the fight against cancer.
