REASONS FOR TRYING OUT A PLANT-BASED DIET:
HELP THE WORLD
It will give yourself and the land more time to breathe.
If the world’s population substituted their animal consumption with 50% plant-based food instead, natural land and forests could thrive and lead to 31% decrease in Green House Gas emission relating to agricultural and land use by 2050.
HELP YOUR HEALTH
Plant-based diets are widely known to be beneficial for our heart and stomach health. Research from 2023 show that: “... Plant-Based Diets are beneficial in the prevention and treatment of many diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, metabolic diseases, cancer, kidney disease and dementia, as well as a large part of gastrointestinal diseases such as diverticular disease, gallstones, inflammatory bowel, and functional diseases.”
