Mental Health Week

What to Expect
We have a weeklong series of events, resources, and support aimed at empowering you to prioritize your mental wellbeing and support those around you. This campaign will focus on wellbeing, self-care, and community engagement, providing practical advice, interactive sessions, and valuable insights to help you to take charge of your mental health.

Crinan Youth Project Roadshow
Throughout Mental Health Week, support staff from the Crinan Youth Project will be present across all five campuses, running information stands to educate students on the impact of drugs and alcohol on mental health. They will provide practical advice on safer, more responsible socialising, helping students make informed choices. Visit a stand anytime during the week to ask questions, access resources, and learn how to prioritize your wellbeing while enjoying student life responsibly.
TU Dublin Chaplaincy – Rewire Series Launch
The Welfare and Equality Team is collaborating with Chaplaincy to support the launch of the second series of the popular Rewire program. This series focuses on promoting mental wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth, providing students with valuable tools to navigate challenges and build a positive mindset. Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved!

Men's Mental Health - Lads – take care of each other!
1 in 4 people in Ireland will experience mental health challenges during their lifetime. Yet, many young men still find it difficult to talk about their struggles. You are not alone. Reaching out is a strength, not a weakness.
- Check in with your friends – a simple "How are you doing?" can make a difference.
- Open the conversation – talking about mental health helps break the stigma.
- Take care of each other – support is always available.
