Background: DIT is required by the Higher Education Authority to conduct research into the destinations of the previous year’s graduates on an annual basis.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from students to undertake this phone based research.
Duties: The work will consist of calling graduates, asking a series of predefined questions and entering this information onto a survey form. Work involves calling DIT graduates who finished their studies in 2017. An agreed quota for number of nightly calls will be agreed.

- Excellent phone manner – be polite and courteous at all times
- Attention to detail
- Very clear legible handwriting
- Trustworthiness and observant of confidentiality *
Timeframe: The research will be conducted from mid-April to mid-June (approximately)
Location: You will be located in one of the two Career Development Centre offices – DIT Bolton Street or DIT Aungier Street.
Hours of work: 5pm to 7pm Monday – Friday. Some Saturday work may be required. Weekly rosters will be arranged in advance.
Training: Callers will be provided with full training and a supervisor will be present every evening to deal with any queries or issues.
Payment: 10 euro per hour, payable monthly
